Who looks after your information

Information we use

Checkout collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address and location, selected products and any personalised plate name and state. We keep the order reference, prices, payment-report and confirmation status, and correspondence needed to help you. Bank transfers happen through your bank; checkout does not collect card details, bank passwords or PINs.

Our hosting services process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Checkout uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests.

Why we use it

We use order information to fulfil your purchase, arrange delivery, verify payments, send receipts and handle returns or support. These uses are necessary to perform our agreement with you. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in protecting customers and the store. We may also retain records to meet legal obligations. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your saved cart

This browser saves your draft cart, contact and delivery fields, plate choices and private order links so you can return later. This information stays until you clear it or your browser removes it. Anyone using the same browser may be able to see it. Keep private order links to yourself.

Clearing saved shopping information below removes this browser’s draft and order links. It does not cancel submitted orders or delete our order records. Save any order reference you still need first.

Home-screen installation preferences are also stored on this device. Hosting and sign-in services may use storage or cookies for security and administrator access. We have not added advertising trackers to the store.

Who receives information

Our website and order storage use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend sends order emails; Titan hosts our business mailbox. Delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver your purchase. When you choose to continue on WhatsApp and send the prepared message, WhatsApp processes that message under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information where required by law.

These providers may process information outside Nigeria. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your order.

How long we keep it

We retain order and correspondence records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide support, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and those purposes. Contact us to request a review or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or request deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email hello@kidzvogue.com; we may need to verify your identity to protect your information. You can also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Checkout is intended for adults purchasing for children. Please provide only the name needed for a personalised plate, without a child’s date of birth or other unnecessary information.
